Quite often we put our self-care regime to one side only to give energy to our problems, fears and stress. Meditation has been proven to decrease stress and anxiety, and support our emotional wellbeing. By taking the time to sit, breath and relax, we give our mind, body and soul the gift of replenishing.

GRATITUDE has been a GAME CHANGER for me. Finding 3 things to be grateful for every day, not only changes how I think but most importantly it changes how fell. That is why I have set up the Gratitude Groupies, a 21 Day Challenge to support you in developing an attitude of gratitude. The benefits of gratitude or more specifically, of consciously practicing gratitude are fairly well documented. If you’re looking for ways to foster a positive attitude and get more enjoyment out of life, try the 21-day gratitude challenge and find out for yourself how much better life can be when you make gratitude a priority.
This is a community of like-minded people who want to feel better. The group is for EVERYONE so join in and contribute by just practicing your gratitude daily, it really is that easy. Each day you will receive an email with a challenge for that day, this will range from writing in a journal, to sending an email, to doing a meditation, every day will be different and soon you will start to see yourself and the world around you through a different lens.
At the end of each week you will list all 21 things you were grateful for and meditate on your abundance. I guarantee that you will feel amazing and start to notice the small things happening to you and around you every day.
Once signed up, each participant will be added to a private Facebook group for group interaction and support. This is the fun part, where you get to share ideas and experiences. Group challenges are fun because of the energy they create and the support you receive.
