Join us this Valentines day for an act of self-love, self-care, self-management and self-compassion.
January is traditionally a miserable month so I feel its normal that we are feeling a little deflated, demotivated, down or just p%!%ed off. We are human beings and its important to honour those feelings. However, I have learned the value in not letting those feelings drive the show for too long. Managing my mood, my state and my emotions takes daily commitment that I find is easier to do with a practice of gratitude.

Like many of you, my brain is wired to look for problems, what practicing gratitude did for me was prime my brain to look for opportunity. I think we ALL need to see opportunities right now and have a tool to shift our mindset from lack to abundance. Some people can do this naturally, for me I found gratitude was my gift to myself, its my strategy and I LOVE it.
