Do you feel under pressure each year to set New Years Resolutions? Then you find that Christmas rolls into New Year and you didn’t set aside any time to reflect, so at the stroke of midnight in a frenzy you think of vague goals.

All of these are great but they can lack clarity and often times any belief around achieving them. While there is nothing wrong with this, you have to ask yourself the question, are you setting yourself up for SUCCESS or for FAILURE?

Join Gillian O’Gorman this New Years Eve morning in the Haven above Angel Times from 10am to 1pm. Set the time aside to RELAX, RECHARGE and REFLECT.

We will examine the difference between setting resolutions and setting intentions. We can reflect on the lessons of the last year and focus on what we do want to manifest in 2020. Finally, we will look at our thoughts, our beliefs and our energy and how to align them so we open the doors to abundance in every area of our life.

Setting an intention, is like planting a seed, you need to water it and nourish it daily and then relax in the full expectation of it blooming into something beautiful and magical.

• Let go of old patterns and beliefs that are blocking your progress

Each participant will be gifted their very own journal to start off the New Year.
