GRATITUDE has been a GAME CHANGER for me. Finding 3 things to be grateful for EVERYDAY, not only changes how I THINK but most importantly it changes how I FEEL. I am EXCITED about creating a NEW group for my friends, colleagues, clients & followers to join AND contribute to daily.
Each morning I am going to list 3 things I am grateful for and I am asking all GRATITUDE GROUPIES to do the same. All you need to do is log on each day and list your grateful moments 1-3. It really is that easy. When you are writing them, get into that feeling of absolute JOY & THANKS.
We will do one GRATITUDE Meditation a week where you will privately list all 21 things you were grateful for that week and meditate on your abundance. I guarantee that you will FEEL AMAZING and start to notice the SMALL things happening to you and around you EVERYDAY.
