Single Session
In this 60 minute, the client sets the agenda and they decide what they want to walk away from the session with i.e.
- More clarity
- Improve confidence
- Overcome obstacles, fear, and insecurities
- Recognise possibilities for your life
- Create a plan to reach your goals faster
- Be held accountable.
- At the end of the session you will have an agreed action to complete and also will have gained more awareness around limiting beliefs, fear and blocks.
Three Sessions
Committing to change can take time, support and accountability. I offer clients the option to buy 3 sessions up front as a way for them to commit to change and save money in the process. Over the 3 sessions we will work together on:
- Develop new skills.
- Fine tune your thoughts
- Expand your comfort zone.
- Eliminate limiting beliefs.
- Clarify your goals and priorities.
- Develop empowering habits and rituals.
12-Month Coaching Package
Coaching is a TRANSFORMATION tool and by partnering with me as your Coach, I will facilitate this process of transformation. Change starts with a thought, usually we want some form of change when we are experiencing something we don’t want i.e. stress, poor health, relationship problems or lack of financial security. By becoming clear about what we don’t want it allows us to become clearer about what we do want.
So what do we do then? In comes YOUR Coach, I will help you to become aware of what you do want by helping you become more clear on your thoughts, your beliefs, your actions and your energy and most importantly what is blocking you. By committing to a coaching alliance once a month we establish goals, examine resistance, pivot for life’s challenges and by checking in regularly we work together to align your energy to your goals to allow for success and abundance to flow.
Discover Your Values
In this 90-minute session, broken into 1 x 60-minute call and a follow up 30-minute call, you will learn about what makes you tick. Values are the things against which you measure your choices, whether consciously or not. You use them to rationalise your behaviour to yourself and others, and they determine your level of satisfaction with your choices, even if decisions are not freely made but constrained by other factors.
When we clarify our values, we learn more about what makes us tick, what’s important to us and what’s not. Honouring our values is inherently fulfilling even when it is hard and you may find there are times when you must suffer discomfort to live according to your values. When we compromise our values we start to live a life disconnected from our own truth, causing stress, demotivation, unhappiness and depletion of self. Become CLEAR of who you are, before trying out how to get there.

Whether it’s a new job, a new relationship, more money or better health you can and will attract what you want. In this 2-hour session I will guide you through 10- steps to allowing you to align with your vision. Here we incorporate 3 Laws of the Universe

You will walk away from our time together, clear, focused and ready to receive. Each participant receives a 30-day workbook within 10 days of our session to get them ready to live the life they desire.
