About the Programme

Welcome to The Gratitude Challenge, a 21-day self-love project created to help you focus on what is going well in your life. Waking up and finding someone, something or somewhere to be grateful for, really is an act of Self-Love and Self-Care. It revitalizes our commitment to living life in a sensational way. 

By signing up to this programme you are committing to yourself. Quiet often we know we want to feel better but we are unsure of how to achieve it. The answer always lies in gratitude, it is a great tool to balance, motivate and support ourselves. 

Your daily challenge will be emailed to you, and will have the opportunity to engage with the rest of the group on our private Facebook page. 

Next challenge starts on Valentine’s Day 2022.  Signing up is your way of telling the Universe ‘heck ya, I love myself and I deserve to feel better’

Challenge suitable for all levels

  • Day 1 – Day 3 we commit to 3 minutes
  • Day 4- Day 7 we commit to 5 minutes
  • Day 8 -Day 14 we commit to 7 minutes
  • Day 15 – 21 we commit to 10 minutes
Upon signing up you will be added to a private Facebook group. We will have a private zoom to discuss how to get you started. Each day you will receive an email to your inbox with instructions and a recording. You will chose the time and location for your meditation. Gillian will be sharing tips and videos throughout the 21 days and encouraging the group to share and support each other on their journey.
