About the Programme

What is your belief around change? Let’s start there. Motivation to Change is a person’s drive to change his or her own beliefs and behaviours. Motivation comes from within, and this is where the coaching relationship works really well. Over the 12 weeks of working with me, you will become clear on your wellness goals and will develop strategies to align with them. Wellness for you could be a lifestyle change, a new job, a new relationship or new self-care regime. This program looks at where you are at today, and most importantly where you want to go.

In this 12 week program we establish your current behaviour patterns, why you choose these behaviours, what works and what doesn’t. We define clear goals and timelines and create an action plan to challenge the old and welcome the new.  This program has been particularly helpful to clients who are trying to create more BALANCE in their life and realise their wellness goals.
